- Does the signer need an account?
- No. The signer opens a secure link in any browser, reads the plain-English summary, asks any questions, and signs. There is nothing to install and nothing to sign up for.
- Are SignItSure signatures legally binding?
- Yes. Every signature is captured with explicit consent, a timestamp, the signer's IP address, their verified email and legal name, consistent with ESIGN and UETA. The sender receives the signed documents together with a signature certificate.
- Does SignItSure store my documents?
- No. SignItSure uses a zero-retention model: uploaded documents and signed files are erased automatically once the signed copy is delivered. Only the minimal audit metadata needed to prove the signature happened is retained, and document content is never used to train models.
- How much does SignItSure cost?
- Business plans are Starter at $49.99 per month for 500 credits, Team at $199.99 for 2,500 credits, and Scale at $599.99 for 8,000 credits. Enterprise plans run from $999 to $3,999 per month with shared credit pools, and custom volumes are available. A standard document costs 10 credits to send, longer documents cost 1 extra credit per page beyond 15, and each signer question costs 1 credit.
- How many users can we add?
