We keep signing proof
When someone signs, we record their consent, name, email, signing time, and available connection details. The sender receives an audit certificate with the completed document.
Your files stay private
Documents are stored privately, not on a public link. You control when signing links expire, can add an access code, and can revoke a request whenever you need to.
We do not keep your documents
After signing, original files and AI working data are removed. Signed copies are available for up to 24 hours, and automatic cleanup removes unsent, expired, and older document files.
You stay in control
Workspace roles control who can manage documents and settings. You can also add an authenticator app to your SignItSure account; once enabled, a current 6-digit code is required before signed-in workspace actions continue.
SignItSure supports electronic signing and keeps a clear record of the process. It does not provide legal advice, and whether an agreement is enforceable depends on the agreement and law that apply.
