Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure

A clear guide to your rights, choices, and the technology you need before using electronic records and signatures through SignItSure.

Please read before signing

Please read this information carefully and print a copy and/or retain this information for future reference.

1

Introduction

To do business with the sender of this document electronically, you must consent to the use of electronic records and signatures. This disclosure informs you of your rights when receiving electronic disclosures, notices, and information. By checking the consent box during the signing process, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

2

Your Consent to Use Electronic Records and Signatures

By consenting, you agree that:

  • An electronic signature may have legal effect where applicable law permits. Whether a document is enforceable also depends on its terms, the parties, intent, and other applicable law.
  • For this request, the sender may provide the document and related signing notices electronically.
  • You have the necessary hardware and software to access and retain these electronic records.

We retain anonymized, aggregated trends about how signing goes — never your document content or identity. See our Privacy Policy for what that means in full.

3

Right to Withdraw Consent

If you do not want to use electronic records or signatures for this request, do not proceed with electronic signing. Contact the sender directly to ask about another way to complete the document. That may slow down the transaction.

4

Requesting Paper Copies

After signing, you will be provided with a link to download a PDF copy of your signed documents. You may print these documents for your records. If you require a paper copy mailed to you, please contact the sender of the document directly.

5

Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic records, you must have:

  • A device with internet access.
  • A modern web browser (e.g., recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge).
  • A valid email address.
  • Software capable of reading PDF files (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader).
6

Updating Your Contact Information

It is your responsibility to keep your email address current so that we can deliver your signed copies. If your email address changes, you must notify the sender of the document.

Keep this disclosure. You can print this page or save it with your electronic records for future reference.

Last updated: August 2026. This page explains electronic-record consent in light of U.S. electronic-signature laws, including ESIGN and UETA. It does not make a document automatically enforceable; the document, parties, and applicable law still matter.
