Where answers come from
Responses are generated from the information available in your document, together with the context and preferences you've set in your profile. The AI is not searching the internet or drawing on your other documents unless you ask it to.
How we reduce incorrect answers
Before answering, SignItSure retrieves the specific sections of your document that relate to your question and asks the AI to answer from those sections, citing them where possible. This keeps answers grounded in your actual document rather than in general assumptions — but it does not eliminate mistakes.
