Legal & Compliance Agreements

By creating an account or using SignItSure, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.

SignItSure provides AI-assisted document explanations, summaries, and electronic signature tools that help businesses send agreements their customers, clients, and employees can actually understand before signing.

Signature fields are placed manually by the sender. Signing links expire 1 hour to 7 days after sending, as chosen by the sender, and documents are erased under our zero-retention model.

SignItSure does not review, approve or endorse the documents that senders upload or send for signature, and is not a party to the agreements signed through the service. Senders are responsible for the accuracy, legality and enforceability of their own documents, for deciding who receives them, and for any decision they or their signers make after reading an AI explanation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SignItSure is not liable for any loss, damage or claim arising out of reliance on an AI-generated explanation, summary, answer, detected date, or detected signature field.

Signers are shown an electronic-records consent disclosure before signing, and each completed document is accompanied by an audit trail recording the signing events. Whether a signed document is valid and enforceable depends on the document, the parties, their intent and applicable law — SignItSure records the signing process, it does not guarantee enforceability.

SignItSure is provided without an uptime or availability commitment. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside our control, and features may change. Signing links expire on the schedule the sender chooses, and completed documents are available for a limited download window before they are permanently erased under our zero-retention model — it is your responsibility, and your signer's, to download and store copies within that window. We cannot recover a document after it has been erased.

We use third-party infrastructure and AI providers to run the service, including hosting, storage, email delivery, payment processing and AI model providers. Document text is sent to AI providers only to generate explanations and answers for you, under terms that do not permit training on your content. We are not responsible for outages, errors or changes in those third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

Except where the law says otherwise, SignItSure is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SignItSure and its owners, employees and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost goodwill, or loss or corruption of data, even if we were advised such damages were possible.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid SignItSure in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold SignItSure harmless from claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable legal costs arising from the documents you upload or send, your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SignItSure's business is established, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except that either party may seek injunctive relief where necessary to protect its rights. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections or venues guaranteed to you by the mandatory law of your home country.

By using SignItSure you agree that:

• You have permission to upload the documents you upload
• You will not upload illegal content
• You will not misuse or attempt to abuse the service
• You are responsible for the decisions you make using information from SignItSure

Paid plans are active. Subscriptions are billed in advance at the published monthly price and renew automatically until you cancel.

• Subscription plans are offered at published monthly prices and are billed in advance
• Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled
• Usage is measured in credits, with a monthly allowance included in each plan
• Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged at the time of the change
• Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, with no immediate proration, credit or charge; you keep your current plan and credits until then
• Cancelling keeps your access and credits through the paid period, then stops renewal — you are not charged again
• Any scheduled downgrade is cleared if you cancel

Payment terms are shown before you enter payment details, and your current plan, next renewal date and next charge are always visible on your billing page.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued for duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, verified billing errors, service failures, or where required by applicable law. Except in those circumstances, subscription payments and credit purchases are non-refundable once processed or used. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe someone else has gained access.

SignItSure may update features, plans, pricing, and how the service works as the product develops. We aim to communicate meaningful changes clearly.

We may restrict or terminate accounts that misuse the service, break these terms, or put other users or the platform at risk. You can close your account at any time.

Support is provided by email at support@signitsure.com. Our published response targets, escalation path for urgent signing or billing problems, and status updates are described on our support page. Support targets are goals, not a contractual service level.

We may update these terms as the product and the law develop. When changes are material, we will update the effective date above and notify account holders by email or in-product notice. Continuing to use SignItSure after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Legal notices and questions about these terms can be sent to support@signitsure.com. We may send notices to the email address on your account, and those notices are treated as received when sent.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and AI Transparency Notice, are the entire agreement between you and SignItSure about the service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
